Transit Visa

Transit visas are required in case of a layover exceeding 24 hours or an airport change.
Passengers traveling to the Republic of Belarus via the Russian Federation (including flight connections) must obtain Russian transit visas regardless of the layover duration.
I. Invitation
To apply for a transit (layover) visa you are required to submit a copy your tickets/flight confirmation for the whole itinerary as well as visas of the destination country (if required by the destination country).
II. Validity period
Single-entry transit visas are as a rule issued for up to 3 days. Double-entry visas are issued for up to 30 days.
