Entry of Foreign Citizens without a Visa
Foreign citizens who are planning to enter the Russian Federation without a visa should (no late than 72 hours prior to the planned entry into the Russian Federation) to register in the unified identification and authentication system and submit an application for the purposes of entry into the Russian Federation and stay (residence) in the Russian Federation using the ruID mobile application (in emergency cases – no later than 4 hours).
