If it is impossible to submit a medical document in Russian or English, it is allowed to submit it in the official language of the state of registration of the organization that issued such a medical document, with a translation into Russian, the fidelity of which is certified by a consular officer of the Russian Federation.
Since September 24, all citizens of the Russian Federation arriving in the country by plane from abroad must remain in self-isolation until the results of the PCR test are received. The corresponding decree (http://publication.pravo.gov.ru/Document/View/0001202009230029?index=1&rangeSize=1) was signed by the chief state sanitary doctor of the Russian Federation.
Recall that according to the requirements of Rospotrebnadzor (https://t.me/vezemdomoy_rf/382), citizens of the Russian Federation arriving in Russia are required to pass the PCR test and upload its result using the form on the State Services within 72 hours after arrival.
To make it easier for returnees to comply with these conditions, there are first-aid posts at Moscow airports where a PCR test can be done immediately after arrival.
